El has over 18 years of professional experience including formerly being the Design Director of Nobel Design (Malaysia). She has completed numerous significant projects with broad experience in lifestyle, residential and commercial projects.

She is very interactive with clients and leads the design team through conceptual design, schematic design and design development stage.
